1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application or using any service on AlwaysWon.com and associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AlwaysWon provides free professional website design and development services to eligible small business owners globally. Our service includes: full website design and development (a complete professional build), WordPress setup and configuration, installation of essential plugins for SEO, speed, security and backups, theme selection and customisation, deployment of your website, and a handover with instructions so you can manage your site independently.

We do not build highly complex websites with advanced custom functionality (e.g. custom e-commerce platforms, booking systems with complex logic, membership portals, or custom web applications) as part of our free-website offer. Most standard business and personal websites qualify. If in doubt, submit an application and we will advise you.

3. Application & Acceptance

Not all applications are accepted. We review each application individually and accept applicants we believe are a good fit for our programme. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We aim to review all applications within 24–48 hours and will notify you of our decision by email or WhatsApp.

4. Hosting Requirement

To have a website online, web hosting is required. As a condition of receiving our free website service, accepted applicants must sign up for web hosting with one of our recommended hosting partners (such as Hostinger, Bluehost, or Cloudways) using our affiliate referral link. This is how we cover our development costs — we receive a commission from the hosting provider. You pay nothing extra to us. The cost of hosting is typically a few dollars per month and is paid directly to the hosting provider.

If you already have web hosting with another provider, please mention this in your application. We will assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Both Hostinger and Bluehost offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Since we complete most websites within 10–20 days, you will have sufficient time to request a refund from the hosting provider if you change your mind.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

AlwaysWon participates in affiliate marketing programmes with web hosting providers. When you sign up for hosting through our recommended links, we earn a commission paid to us by the hosting company — not by you. This is disclosed transparently and does not affect the price you pay. 6. Delivery Timeline

Most websites are completed within 7–20 business days of hosting being set up and all required content (text, images, brand assets) being provided by the client. Timelines may vary depending on complexity and responsiveness. AlwaysWon does not guarantee specific delivery dates but will keep you informed of progress throughout.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to build your website, you agree to: provide all required content (text, images, logo) in a timely manner; respond to our communications within a reasonable time; purchase web hosting through our recommended affiliate link; and provide accurate information about your business during the application process.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon delivery of your completed website, you retain 100% full ownership of your website, domain name, hosting account, and all content. AlwaysWon retains no rights over your website once handed over. We may request permission to display your completed website in our portfolio. You may decline this request at any time.

9. Scope Limitations

Our free-website service covers a standard business website (typically 3–6 pages). The following are not included in our free offer and may be quoted as additional paid services: complex e-commerce stores, advanced booking systems, custom web applications, ongoing maintenance retainers, paid advertising management, or SEO campaigns. We will always be transparent about what is and is not included before commencing any work.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before or during the build. If you cancel after hosting has been purchased, you may be eligible for a refund directly from your hosting provider under their Money Back Guarantee. AlwaysWon does not charge any cancellation fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

AlwaysWon provides services in good faith but on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any third-party hosting, domain, or software services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify existing clients of material changes where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
